- Completed training and fellowship in cornea and anterior segment from Bedford and Birmingham hospital UK in 2003
- Trained in advanced techniques of phacoemulsification, glaucoma and refractive procedures in UK
- Fellowship in artificial cornea and keratoprosthesis from World famous centre for OOKP in Brighton UK
- Worked for more than 15 years in prestigious National Health Service In UK across various hospitals. 1997 - 2005
- First in India to be awarded “SIR JOHN WILSON FELLOWSHIP” sponsored by British Council for prevention of blindness for thecollaborative research project on Genetics of Glaucoma in Indian population. Awarded with MD from Queens university Belfast on completion of the project
